More help with gas prices!

Hey did you know that buying a little more expensive (and higher octane) gas will get you better mileage? I have a friend that tested the 'theory'...and i was really surprised. He said that he spent a little more per gallon and actually saved money in the long run because the mileage that he made up more than paid for the more expensive gas. Chevron is better gas (higher octane and has techron in it) than Flying J and Maverick. It's tempting to buy cheap gas, but in the end you aren't really saving yourself any money. Just a thought....oh, and yea....buy American!!
