The Best Two Years - heck ya!

Dear All --
Miss and I FINALLY got pics from Wes. They say a mission really changes you - need I say more? And, they anticipate great things from this newest investigator. Seriously, I think he is having the time of his life. He has had some great experiences and has born sweet testimony of the blessings of the gospel in his life and the lives of those he's had the opportunity to teach. There is still quite a bit of snow, but as you can see (or not), he is bundled well. Love to you all! Jan

More Fun w/Miss

Hey all - Miss wasn't too thrilled about me posting more about her. So sue me, I can't help it. The news is that she was nominated as undergraduate of the year to represent the Natural Resources Dept. Don't know if I used all the right terminology, but basically the people, including professors (I think) in the NR think she did a pretty bang up job as an undergrad student this year and even got a little cash. According to Ryan it is a pretty big deal. Anywho, sometime this month (she's being quite vague about this as well) USU holds a dinner where the nominees from all the departments on campus come together and one student is selected as 'the big kahuna' undergrad of the year to represent the university. Anyway, I think it's pretty neat!

Also - the big graduation date is coming and yes, Melissa, it is a big deal. The date is May 3 at noon, but I'll probably head up to campus around 9:00ish for the procession. Any and all are welcome to be there for the momentous occasion - If you are seriously planning to attend, please let me know right away so that we can let the college know, as they plan to feed the graduates and their guests. I'd love to have you come!

One more thing - Wes is finally sending a CD with pics and I'll be sure to post a few when they get here. He said, "6 months of his mission in 10 minutes" -- just a flash in the pan. Love to all - Jan.
