'Just got a letter from Nate...he has been transferred to Bornholm...a tiny granite island that was formed by volcanic activity more than 1700 million years ago. It is off the coast of Sweden, but still in the territory of Denmark. There is a branch with 12 members there and he is excited to be part of that. He sounds good and is loving the work....although he had a bike accident a few days ago...he did NOT break any teeth out, just ruined a pair of suit pants and tore up his elbow a little. He is senior comp right now and sends his love to everyone! Here are some recent pictures from his camera and his stays in Aarhus and Skive. He told us the woman in the picture at the right is 70 years old! wow.

No, I don't have any pics of the toothless Elder, but these are a few he sent a while back before "the incident" that I never got around to posting. He just had transfers and will remain in Lethbridge. He has been there for the last 3-4 transfers, so the scenery stays the same, but the companions change. He has written about experiences where some contacts seem to be placed in his path and are ready to be taught....baptized; other experiences where he has had to stand up and defend the
gospel and boldly bear his testimony - and says both are great experiences. He's been able to attend the temple and appreciates that opportunity. He tells me that life is good and that he loves being a missionary. Yeah!!!
